Pious - Adjective

showing loyal reverence for a person or thing

Why is he so pious towards school?

Profane - Adjective

not concerned with religion or religious purposes

The concept of television is profane, yet we apply ourselves to it without resistance.

Debase - Verbs

to lower in esteem, status, quality, or character

The board wanted to debase an entire city, by moving its football team.

Flagrant - Adjective

shockingly noticeable and obvious

The woman's coat was flagrant, as it was covered in spots from 101 dalmatians.
